Montecito Medical Real Estate, one of the nation’s largest privately-held companies specializing in healthcare-related real estate acquisitions and funding the development of medical real estate, has received a $50 million mezzanine loan commitment from National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE:NHI). The commitment will be used to continue Montecito Medical’s activities to acquire medical office buildings anchored by dominant physician groups and health systems throughout the country. Harpeth Capital initiated the transaction and served as financial advisor to Montecito Medical.
