City Winery is a unique facility, combining  and leveraging the elegance of wine country with performance, private event, restaurant and related revenue-generating activities.  City Winery Atlanta is the fourth location in the chain after New York, Chicago and Nashville.

This marked the second capital raise, Nashville being the first, for which Harpeth Capital served as advisor and placement agent for City Winery International, the parent company.
