Leerink Revelation Partners is a San Francisco-based firm focused on investing in a diversified portfolio of secondary direct investments in privately-held healthcare companies acquired in negotiated transactions from existing shareholders. The $192 million fund received commitments from a distinguished group of high net worth and institutional investors including foundations, fund of funds, and family offices. The Fund received more than $260 million in LP interest compared to its $175 million target.
