Long Point Capital Engineers the Sale of CHA Consulting, Inc.
The sale of CHA Consulting, Inc. included its January 2017 investment in American Fire Protection, Inc. (“AFP”), which was represented by Harpeth Capital in connection with that transaction. As a result of how that investment was structured and the AFP team was incentivized, the recent sale of CHA Consulting provided AFP’s founders and management team with the opportunity to participate in a meaningful “second bite of the apple” with ongoing ownership.
