Freedom Healthcare of America, LLC d/b/a Addiction Campuses has announced the acquisition of Recovery Now Network. Existing investors Atlanta-based Fulcrum Equity Partners and Harpeth Ventures participating in the financing to support the acquisition. Last year, Harpeth Capital advised Freedom Healthcare of America on a $3.8 million Series A financing led by Fulcrum Equity Partners. Harpeth Ventures participated in that equity raise as well as a separate financing related to the acquisition of a new Texas campus in October 2014, which opened earlier this year.
