Addiction Campuses Completes Additional Financing and Acquisition
Harpeth Capital, LLC is pleased to announce that it served as exclusive financial advisor to Freedom Healthcare of America, LLC d/b/a Addiction Campuses (the “Company”) in connection with the raising of additional financing and subsequent acquisition of a new Texas campus. This is the Company’s third acquisition thus far in 2014. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2015, the Texas campus will include 60 beds on over 40 acres.
“This country has and will continue to experience a drug epidemic with pain pills, heroin, alcohol and many other synthetic substances,” said CEO Brent Clements. “We are excited to enter a new market where we can impact individuals and families struggling with addiction.”
Previously, Atlanta-based Fulcrum Equity Partners led a $3.8 million Series A financing in support of the management team. Harpeth Ventures also participated in the equity raise.
